This class is all action and combines strength which is arguably one of the most important attributes of overall fitness mixed with conditioning which will enhance both muscular endurance and your cardiovascular fitness.

This class will typically involve the use of free weights with functional resistance training and fast explosive cardio.

We aim to target every major muscle group and help create a leaner, faster, stronger athlete out of you.
