1-1 sessions

I’m really pleased to let people know that on the 12th April we can finally get back to training sessions in the gym on a 1-1 basis. This means a return to personal training & an opportunity for many people to get their fitness back on track. There is still much of the year remaining & with the announcement that all our scheduled events will go ahead, this gives members the chance to be as best prepared as they can possibly be.
