Youth S&C for football & other sports
From the success of our pre-season youth strength and conditioning programme for footballers we added a weekly strength and conditioning session to the timetable. The sessions were still very challenging but done through a maintenance phase so as not to burn the kids out during their football/sports season. We have had youth athletes at all levels from top end academy to grassroots. The sessions each week are fully booked with other sports-based athletes now involved too. The difference these sessions have made to all involved have been massive. It’s helped educate the kids on the value of strength and conditioning but more importantly enabled them to improve & raise their games each week throughout the season.
